白血病抑制因子在输卵管妊娠的表达及其在诊断方面的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨白血病抑制因子(LIF)与异位妊娠的关系。方法:采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测LIF的表达情况,同时测定外周血的LIF的浓度,以探讨LIF与异位妊娠的关系。结果:异位妊娠患者的输卵管组织中LIF表达水平较高,而非异位妊娠患者的输卵管组织的表达水平较低,实验组和对照组之间的LIF浓度有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:LIF可能在异位妊娠发病中起着一定作用,而且可以通过测定患者外周血的LIF浓度用于异位妊娠的早期诊断。Objective： To study the Expression of leukemia inhibitory factor gene in the human fallnpian tube of ectopic pregnancy and its significance in diagnosis, Methods： A reverse transcription -polymerase reaction （RT- PCR） method was utilized to examine LIF mRNA expression in fallopian tube of ectopic pregnancy. The serum levels of LIF and β - HCG were measuresed by RIA and ELISA. Results： Leukemia inhibitory factor messenger ribonucleic acid is expressed in the fallopian tube ofectopic pregnancy and no ectopic pregnancy. It is markedly, elevated in association with ectopic pregnancy. The serum level of LIF is lower in the ectopic pregnancy than in no ectopic pregnancy segments of the fallopian tube. Conclusion： We speculate that the high constitutive levels of leukemia inhibitory factor expressed in the fallopian tube may play a role in pathogenesis of ectopic pregnancy Additionally, LIF may be a specific index sign to respond the endometriosis, ean used for the early diagnosis ectopic pregnancy.
