摘　　要：目的:检测血管内皮生长因子在子宫内膜异位症患者子宫内膜的表达,探讨血管内皮生长因子与子宫内膜异位症发病机制的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法,检测48例子宫内膜异位症患者在位子宫内膜的血管内皮生长因子,同时与24例正常子宫内膜相对照。结果:①血管内皮生长因子在两组内膜组织均有表达,血管内皮生长因子在子宫内膜异位症组的表达强度明显高于正常对照组,两组有明显差异(P<0.01);②血管内皮生长因子在子宫内膜异位症患者子宫内膜分泌期中的表达明显高于增殖期(P<0.05),显示血管内皮生长因子在子宫内膜异位症患者月经周期中呈周期性改变。结论:血管内皮生长因子是促进血管生成的重要细胞因子,它与子宫内膜异位症的发病机理有关,并可能在子宫内膜异位症的发生发展中起着重要作用。Objective： To detect the expression of VEGF （ Vascular Endothelium Growth Factor） in uterine endometrium of endometriosis patients, and to study the relationship between VEGF and pathogenic mechanism of endometriosis. Methods： Using immunohistochemical method to detect VEGF in endometrium of 48 cases of endometriosis and of 24 eases of normal women. Results： ①VEGF was expressed in both endometriosis endometrium and normal endometrium. The expression of VEGF was mucb stronger in endometriosis endometri- um than in normal endometrium, There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ） ; ②As for the endometriosis endometrium, the expression of VEGF was much stronger in proliferative phase than in secretory phase （P 〈 0. 01 ）, which shows that the expression of VEGF was periodically changed during menstrual cycle. Conclusion： VEGF is an important factor for promotion of vascular growth. VEGF is correlated with the pathogenic mechanism of endometriosis, and may act an important function in the occurrence and development of endometriosis.
