摘  要:本系统运用于汽车零配件等同类型、多品种、小批量专业生产中。本文详细介绍了系统总体控制方案的选取,采用基于RS-485总线的工控机和多下位机通讯方式,及上钩区和脱钩区读写控制器的设计。然后介绍了触发式挂钩的结构设计,及其对应的缓冲器的结构设计。该结构设计简单紧凑,实现了零件自动脱钩和缓冲着陆等功能,脱钩动作快速可靠,极大地避免零件着陆时的冲击2,很好的保护了零件的表面质量。最后采用铁氧体防大块金属对电磁场的干扰,使得磁性天线可以安装在金属表面,从而保证系统稳定可靠的工作。This system was applied to small-batch production of auto- components. The reasons of the adoption of the total control scheme- the communication model between the IPS and the multiple sub-mcus based on RS-485 bus, and the design of R&W controllers, was expatiated. The structured designs of triggered hook and corresponding bumper were given, Components can be disengaged quickly and authenticaUy, Landing strike can be avoided considerably, and component-surface qualify can be protected well Their structures are simple and compact. At last, we used ferrite to avoid the disturbance form metal to the electromagnetic field, and the magnetic antenna can be fixed on the metal directly, then that ensured the running reliability of the system.
