摘 要:通过研究等离子弧淬火硬度对表面摩擦磨损的影响,从摩擦学角度寻求等离子弧淬火的最佳范围,为今后淬火参数控制提供理论依据。研究表明:等离子弧淬火使被扫描表面产生了5μm左右的波度,促使相互运动表面产生油楔作用,使边界润滑向混合润滑状态转变,使摩擦因数降低,耐磨性提高;等离子弧可以控制表面的硬度,使之满足不同的使用需求;由于表面波度的作用,在低速低载情况下,硬度在HRC 60左右,其减摩性与耐磨性最佳;在较高速度与载荷下,硬度在HRC 63左右,其减摩性与耐磨性最佳。The friction performance and wearability of the surface after plasma-arc quenching was studied. The best range of plasma-arc quenching parameters were discussed from the tribology angle, which offers the theoretical foundation for controlling the plasma quenching parameters in the future. The results show that the plasma-arc quenching surface produces wave degree about 5μm which emerges on oil wedge function in interacting surfaces that are in relative motion, so border lubrication is changed into mix lubrication, the coefficient of friction is reduced and the wearability is improved. The plasma-arc can control the superficial hardness and meet different demands of using. For the effect of surface waviness, under the condition of low-speed and low-load, the surface with hardness HRC 60 has the best antifriction and wearability, under high-speed and high-load, the surface with hardness HRC 63 is the best.
