摘 要:采用六氢吡啶二硫代氨基甲酸钠与氯乙酸酯进行取代反应,合成了4种新型润滑油添加剂;用IR、UV、1H NMR1、3C NMR、MS和元素分析对其结构进行表征;对它们的热稳定性和油溶性进行了评价;利用四球摩擦磨损试验机初步考察了它们的摩擦学性能。结果表明,这一类添加剂均具有良好的热稳定性和一定的油溶性,可以明显提高基础油的承载能力。Four novel compounsds as lubricant additves were synthesized by sodium piperdine dithiocarbamate with chloroacetate. Molecular structures of the compounds were confirmed by IR, UV, ^1H NMR, ^13 C NMR, MS and elementary analysis. Thermostability and oil solubility of the derivatives were investigated. The tribological behavior of the synthetic compounds as additive in liquid paraffin were evaluated with a four-ball machine. The results show that these compounds have good thermostability and oil solubility, they can improve the load-carrying capacity of base stock as lubricant additives.
