摘 要:在SRV高温摩擦磨损实验机上,在280℃高温和常温条件下,对比研究了一种市售生物基添加剂及改性后的生物基添加剂作为润滑剂的摩擦磨损性能。实验结果表明,原剂和改性添加剂都能够大幅度降低摩擦因数,在280℃高温条件下的摩擦因数分别由干摩擦状况下的0.527 9下降为0.094 14和0.107 897。在常温条件下,原剂和改性添加剂的摩擦因数分别为0.085 8和0.098 859。通过计算发现,在上止点位置附近,加入原剂和改性添加剂后摩擦功耗分别降低了82.3%和80%。相比原剂,改性后生物基添加剂提高了低温环境下的流动性能,但润滑性能有所降低。The tribological behavior of a bio-additive and its modification additive, was compared by SRV wear tester under the 280 % and normal temperature environment. The result shows that bio-additive and modification one both can decrease the friction coefficient in large scale. Friction coefficient of asperity contact is 0. 527 9 ,while that of bio-additive and modification additive are 0. 094 14 and 0. 107 897 in the 280 ℃ environment. In the normal temperature environment,the friction coefficient of bio-additive and modification additive are 0. 085 8 and 0. 098 859. The computation results show that the friction power loss of bio-additive decreases 82.3 percent, and that of modification additive decreases 80 percent around the top dead centre. The modification additive influences lubricating behavior, but it increases the fluidness under low tem- perature environment.
