摘  要:从活性污泥中筛选出1株真菌菌株DCM,研究了DCM菌丝球对染料的吸附脱色作用。通过正交实验,确定了DCM的最佳脱色条件,即温度为30℃、pH 6.5、摇速180 r/min、碳氮比20∶1。研究表明,DCM菌丝球对染料的吸附脱色存在着明显的规律。初始时,该菌丝球对染料的吸附量较小,经过一定时间,吸附量开始增加,达到较高水平时趋于稳定。CDM对染料的脱色速率及脱色率都比较高。2 h时其脱色率为30.1%,4h时达80.2%,8 h时脱色率达100%。DCM菌丝球对实际印染废水有较强的脱色作用,其脱色率达96.13%。此外,该菌丝球还有明显的净化效果,SS的祛除率达90%,CODcr的祛除率达88%,显示出了良好的应用前景。A fungal strain of DCM was screened from activated sludge, its effect on dye adsorption and decolorization was studied. The optimum conditions of DCM to decolorize dye were confirmed through orthogonal experiment, there were 30℃ , pH 6.5, shaking speed at 180 rpm, and carbon : nitrogen 20 : 1. The study revealed that the mycelial ball of DCM has obvious law in dye adsorption and decolorization. At the beginning, the adsorption amount of dye by mycelial ball was fairly small, then it began to increase after a certain of time and stable when reaching a higher level. And DCM had fairly high decolorization speed and rate. The rate was 30.1% by 2 hours, 80.2% by 4 hours, and reached up to 100 % by 8 hours. The DCM mycelial ball had practically and fairly strong decolorization function on effluent of printing and dyeing with the decolorization rate at 96.13 %. Furthermore, it also had the purification function, the SS and COD removal rate was 90% and 88% respectively indicating good prospect in its application.
