摘  要:研究了低温(10%)水溶液聚合法合成的阳离子瓜尔胶一丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物(CGG—g—PAM)对蔗渣漂白硫酸盐浆的助留特性,结果表明:CGG—g—PAN与PAC配合使用可以发挥良好的作用,当其用量分别为0.08%和1.2%时,细小纤维的FPR(首程留着率)较空白样提高了41.5%;但当剪切速率增大时,FPR呈直线下降。此外CGG—g—PAM受体系高电导率的影响较小;其适宜的pH应用范围在5~8。Cationic guar gum-acrylamide graft copolymer( CGG-g- PAM) which was synthesized in aqueous solution at low temperature( 10℃ ) was applied as retention and drainage aids in bleached bagasse kraft pulp, it is showed that both PAC and CGG-g-PAM had good effect, when the dosages of PAC and CGG - g - PAM2 were 1.2% and 0.08% respectively, the first- pass retention improved by 41.5% compared with blank. And CGG-g- PAM could not endure high shear, but high conductivity of system had little effect on it. Furthermore it should be used in the neutral condition.
