摘 要:为了解决现有双氧水漂白工艺对亚麻纤维处理后白度难以达到要求的问题,并克服含氯漂白剂漂白产生的有机氯化物AOX对人体及环境造成的危害,对双氧水漂白工艺进行了选择试验及氧漂活化剂ACTIRON ABO的氧漂增效优选试验。结果表明,在双氧水漂白残液中加入ACTIRON ABO,可有效地促进漂液向亚麻纤维内部渗透,并使漂液中残留的双氧水进一步发生有效分解,从而发挥双氧水最大的漂白功效,达到既提高亚麻纤维的白度,又有利于环保的目的。The goal of this study is to solve the problems encountered in the hydrogen peroxide bleaching of flax such as difficulty of obtaining the desired whiteness, and the toxic organic chloride AOX associated with the process, which is harmful to human body and the environment. Experiments of hydrogen peroxide bleaching of flax yarn with ACTIRON ABO were performed and the process was optimized. The results indicated that adding of ACTIRON ABO to the bleaching residual liquor can effectively accelerate the bleaching liquor to penetrate into the inside of the flax, at the same time the residual hydrogen peroxide in the bleaching liquor will further decompose, thus achieving the best bleaching effect of the flax yam. This facilitates the improvement of the whiteness of flax yam and protection of the environmental.
