摘  要:[目的]研究甘露低聚糖(MOS)对小鼠肠道菌群的调节作用。[方法]40只小鼠随机分为空白对照组及MOS大、中、小剂量组。于不同剂量的MOS灌胃10 d前后分别采集小鼠粪便,检查肠道内双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、肠杆菌及肠球菌。[结果]MOS中、大剂量组灌胃MOS 10 d前后比较,小鼠肠道内双歧杆菌、乳杆菌数量明显增加(P<0.01),肠杆菌、肠球菌数量无明显变化(P>0.05)。[结论]MOS能有效调节肠道菌群,增殖双歧杆菌及乳杆菌。[Objective]To study the accommodation of mannooligo saccharides on the colonies in rat's intestinal tract. [Methods]Forty rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, large-, medium- and low-dose group. Different doses of mannooligo saccharides were given by intragastric administration. Routine excrement examination of bacterial culture, such as Bacillus bifidus, Bacillus acidi lactici, enteric bacilli and enterococci, were made before and after ten days of administration. [Results] The quantity of Bacillus bifidus and Bacillus acidi lactici increased obviously (P〈0. 01), while the quantity of enteric bacilli and enterococci had no apparent change (P〈0.05). [Conclusion]The mannooligo saccharides can effectively accommodate the quantity of intestinal tract colonies by improving Bacillus bifidus , Bacillus acidi lactici.
