摘  要:文章提出了轿车转向节精密成形新工艺。针对挤压带式闭塞挤压精密预制坯的成形过程,以DEFORM软件为工具,研究了冲头形状、挤压带长度、模具工作温度、润滑等条件对成形工艺的影响,确定了成形过程中需采用的工艺参数。采用该工艺不仅能提高材料利用率,还能够降低挤压力和提高模具使用寿命,对于其它复杂枝杈类锻件的成形,具有重要的指导意义。It was presented that a new precision forming technology of car steering knuckle in this paper. Aiming at the oblitera ted extrusion forming with extrusion-belt of pre-forging part, the influences of punch geometry, extrusion-belt length, mould temperature and lubrication to forming technology were discussed by using DEFORM, then the technology parameters used in the forming were acquired. The technology not only increased material utilization, but also reduced extrusion load and increased mould service life. It had guiding value to the forming of other complicated branch-like parts.
