摘 要:金属薄板成形的数值模拟技术在冲压件生产和模具设计中起着重要的作用。文章借助Dynaform软件对某方形盒制件拉深破裂现象进行数值模拟,分析其产生原因和影响因素,并利用正交实验找出防止该制件圆角破裂的拉深条件组合。结果表明,在冲压速度、凸模圆角半径、摩擦系数和板料厚度4个因素中,凸模圆角半径对盒形件拉深破裂的影响最大。为降低因圆角处板料剧烈减薄而产生破裂的几率,盒形件拉深时应采用较大的凸模圆角半径。The numerical simulation of sheet metal forming is very important to stamping produce and die design. In this paper, a drawing crack phenomenon of the square box is simulated by the Dynaform software and the reasons and influencing factors of drawing crack is analyzed. And the drawing conditions to prevent the box fillet crack are found through the orthogonal experiment. The experiment resuhs indicate that, in the four factors (drawing speed, punch fillet radius, friction coefficient and blank sheet thickness) the influence of punch fillet radius on the square box drawing cracks is biggest. In order to reduce the probability of drawing crack about which is brought by the sheet thickness at box fillet decreasing fiercely, a bigger punch fillet radius should be used when draw the square box.
