摘 要:介绍了国外车载式激光告警器的发展及装备现状,分析了现代战场上日益严峻的激光威胁环境。指出了后勤机动装备要实施安全、有效的后勤保障,就必须具备对战场激光威胁的预警能力,发出告警并指示出激光辐射源的威胁类型,使被保护目标迅速及时地采取相应措施。这对提高后勤机动装备的自我防护和生存能力,确保战时后勤物资和人员的顺畅流动,具有极其重要的意义。重点探讨了后勤机动装备加装激光告警器的必要性和可行性,并对激光告警器设计方案进行了初步论证。Both the development and present conditions of vehicular laser passive reconnaissance warning devices abroad are introduced in the paper. In high-technical war, logistic motor driven equipment is facing serious threat from laser. To ensure the security of logistic equipment and effective logistic supplies, we must have the pre-warning ability to fight against battlefield laser. The device has to be able to send the warning signals and make known what type of threat the laser is so as to enable the protected target to take appropriate measures quickly and in time, which is of great importance in improving the self-protecting capability of logistic motor driven equipment and ensuring smooth fluxion of wartime logistic materials and personnel. Both the necessity and feasibility of laser passive reconnaissance warning devices being attached to our logistic equipment are discussed, with a tentative plan of the device demonstrated.
