综合性心理干预对乳腺癌围手术期病人心理状况的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察综合性心理干预对乳腺癌病人心理状况的影响。[方法]将60例接受乳腺癌根治手术的病人随机分为干预组和对照组,以心理行为评定量表(焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、症状自评量表、特质应对问卷)为指标对两组病人的焦虑、抑郁情绪、心理健康状况、应对方式进行测量。[结果]手术后第10天干预组病人焦虑、抑郁情绪、消极应对得分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);积极应对得分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]综合性心理干预能有效改善乳腺癌病人的心理状况,提高其生活质量。Objective： To observe the influence of comprehensive psychological intervention on mental state of peri - operative breast cancer patients. Method ： A total of 60 cases of breast cancer patients would accept radical operations were divided into intervention and control group randomly. Anxiety, depression, psychological health state, and coping mode of all two groups patients were measured by filling out psychological and behavioral assessment scales （SAS, SDS, SCL-90, and TCSQ）. Result： Scorings of anxiety and depression emotion, and passive coping in patients of intervention group on the 10th day after operation were remarkably lower than that of control group （P〈0.01）. However, active coping scoring of patients in intervention group was markedly higher than that of control group cases （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Comprehensive psychological intervention could effectively improve the mental state of breast cancer patients and enhance their quality of living.
