摘  要:为了提高水飞蓟宾生物利用度,制备了蓖麻油、丙二醇和聚氧乙烯(60)氢化蓖麻油组成的水飞蓟宾自微乳化浓缩物,它在水的存在下可自发形成平均粒径为57 nm的微乳.大鼠体内药物代谢动力学实验表明,该浓缩物的C_(max)=653.1 ng/mL,AUC_(0~12h)=2 468.6 h·ng/mL,明显高于原料的C_(max)=58.0 ng/mL,AUC_(0~12h)= 177.2 h·ng/mL.To increase the bioavailability of silibinin, silibinin self-microemulsifying concentration was prepared with castor oil, propylene glycol and polyoxyl(60) hydrogenated castor oil. It was self-microemulsified in water and the average size of the micelles was 57 nm. Pharmacokineties behavior in rats shows that Cmax and AUC0 - 12 h of the self-microemulsifying are 653.1 ng/mL and 2 468.6 h · ng/mL respectively, obviously higher than those of silibinin, whose Cmax and AUC0-12h are 58.0 ng/mL and 177.2 h . ng/mL respectively.
