摘　　要：概述了构建城市三维GIS(简称:3DGIS)的重要意义,提出了城市3DGIS建立、维护与更新的技术流程,分析了过程的关键技术。同时结合城市规划、建设和管理,阐述了城市3DGIS的应用,提出了进一步开展研究的内容。This article summarized the significance of urban 3 D GIS constructing, put forward the technical flow of construction, updating, maintaining for the urban 3D GIS, and analyzed the key technical issues. Combining the city planning, construcfion and management, it discussed the application of urban 3D GIS, and proposed the matters need to research more at the same time.
