毫菊氯仿提取物对约氏疟原虫红外期的效应

摘　　要：从Wistar株大白鼠尾静脉注射子孢子后2h及16h，腹腔内注射毫菊氯仿提取物70mg／kg两次，42h时肝内红外期疟原虫数量明显减少，其形态大小、成熟度均受到影响，结果提示是菊氯仿提取物对肝内红外期疟原虫发育有明显抑制作用。After intravenously injecting sporozoite into wistar rats, the chloroforrn extract of chrysanthemum morifolium the dosage of which was 70 mg/kg was injected intraperitonally in Zhrs and 16 hrs. 42 hrs later, the quality of malarial parasite in intrahepatic exoerythrocyte phase had reduced markedly. Both in form and in degree of maturation of p. yoelii were infltlenced which indicates that chloroform extract of chrysanthemum morifolium has the effect to inhibit markedly on malarial parasite in intrahepatic exoerythrocyte phase.
