摘  要:比较了分别采用熔融共混法和原位聚合法制备的PP/MMT纳米复合材料的热稳定性,探讨了MMT在纳米复合材料中的作用。TEM照片显示,2种方法制得的复合材料MMT均有较好的分散效果。TGA分析表明由原位法制备的PP/MMT材料,无论在氮气环境还是在空气环境中,MMT的存在均能显著提高材料的热稳定性;而熔融共混制备的材料中,热稳定性呈现不同的变化,在氮气环境中热稳定性下降,在空气环境中则有一定的提高。The comparison was made between thermal stability of polypropylene/montmorillonite (PP/MMT) nanocomposites which were prepared by inch-mixing and in-situ polymerization process respectively and the function of MMT in nanocomposite was studied. It was indicated by TEM photo that MMT nanocnmposite prepared by both methods had better dispersion. TGA analysis showed that the thermal stability of PP/MMT materials prepared by in-situ polymerization was improved remarkably due to the existence of montmorillonite layers whether in air or nitrogen atmosphere. But the thermal stability of the materials prepared by melt mixing presented different changes according to the atmosphere, which were declined in nitrogen atmosphere while increased in air atmosphere.
