社区性农户资金互助兴起的原因及其正面效应

摘　　要：农户资金互助对于农村金融体制改革、推进产业结构调整、增加农民收入、加速城市化进程、密切干群关系等具有积极的推动作用。它的迅速兴起、顺利运作的原因是,能充分利用社区内信息,多方共赢增进了社会福利,制度设计与目标成员的需求相一致。但这种资金互助组织也有一定的局限性,故应正确对待之。The paper analyses some representative cases of fund cooperation in China, and illustrates it＇s big role in promoting agricuhural finance revolution, adjusting industry construction, increasing farmer income, stimulating the process of urbanism and smoothing the relationship between citizens and civilians. The authors believes that all because it takes good use of inner information, increases the social welfare, and meets to the request of it＇s members, the fund cooperation system can develop so quickly. At last, the paper analyses the system＇s shortage.
