摘　　要：价格折扣契约对制造商和销售商都具有好处,但这种双赢局面的取得要受到价格折扣契约中相关因素的影响和制约。建立了确定性需求下的供应链库存管理价格折扣契约模型,分别对制造商和销售商在价格折扣实施前后的利润构成进行了比较,研究结论表明,制造商的价格折扣是协调供应链库存管理契约双方利益的有效方式之一。Price discount contract has benefits to manufacturers and sellers, but this ＂win -win＂ is influenced by some factors. This article sets up a price discount contract of supply chain inventory under certain demand, and compares the profits of manufacturers and sellers before price discount with those after price discount. The conclusion is that price discount contract of manu- facturers is one of the effective methods that can assort with both partners of supply chain inventory.
