摘　　要：目的:探讨胸部计算机X线摄影质量控制的方法,进一步提高胸部影像质量。方法:选择质量控制前后胸部CR照片各100例,评价胸部七个部位的显示情况。结果:经统计学χ2检验,质量控制前后胸部CR照片两者之间有显著统计学差异(χ2=7.44,P<0.01),质量控制后胸部CR照片质量明显提高。结论:通过对胸部计算机X线摄影各环节进行质量控制,胸部CR影像质量明显提高。摄影技术是胸部X线成像的关键,可以通过图像后处理技术对胸部影像进行补偿。Objective Investigate the quality control in chest computed radiography to improve the quality of chest CR images. Methods Select respectively 100 cases CR films before and after the quality control, and appraise the display of 7 parts of chest. Results Chi -square test for the display of 7 parts of chest, there is a statistically significant difference （χ^2 =7.44, P〈0.01）, the quality of chest CR films after quality control is better than that of before obviously. Conclusion The quality of chest CR films is better obviously after quality control. Radiography is the key of the chest imaging, and we may adjust the quality of imaging by post- processing.
