摘　　要：脉搏血氧饱和度是一种连续、无创测定动脉血红蛋白和血氧饱和度的方法,本文对脉搏血氧饱和度测定原理及如何正确使用作了详细叙述。Continuous and noninvasive measurement of oxyhemoglobin and blood oxygen saturation can be fulfilled by measuring pulse oxygen saturation, and thus early discovery of hypoxemia can be available. This paper elaborates on the principal and the correct way of measuring pulse oxygen saturation.
