摘 要:以模拟苯酚废水为处理对象,以ClO2为氧化剂,以微波诱导作为辅助手段,考察微波诱导ClO2氧化处理苯酚配水工艺中,ClO2投加体积、微波辐照功率、微波辐照时间、废水温度、废水pH等因素对苯酚处理效果的影响。实验结果表明,处理100mL质量浓度为100mg/L的苯酚配水,ClO2的投加质量分数为1%的ClO2溶液1.012mL(苯酚与ClO2摩尔比为0.734:1),微波功率为50w,辐照时间为6min,配水pH3~5时,处理效果最好,苯酚的去除率达到83,16%。并且,在相同的处理条件下,微波诱导ClO2氧化苯酚的效率明显高于传统水浴加热法,并且大大缩短了反应时间,表明该法是一种行之有效的含酚废水的处理方法。The process of microwave- induced chlorine dioxide oxidation in the treatment of phenol wastewater was studied. The effect of working conditions such as chlorine dioxide concentration, microwave power, irradiation time, wastewater temperature, and pH value on the treatment of phenol wastewater in the process was investigated. The results show that phenol removal rate, at a concentration of 100 nag/L, can reach 83.16 % with the following working conditions, phenol wastewater, 100 mL; chlorine dioxide solution added at a concentration of 1%, 1. 012 mL (phenol and chlorine dioxide mole rate is 0. 734) ; power of microwave, 50 W; irradiation time, 6 min; pH value, 3~5. In the comparison with conventional bath heating, microwave- induced method is much better and faster, it is an efficient method to treat phenol wastewater and it'll have abroad prospect.
