半夏、甘草与痢特灵合用对大鼠胃溃疡的影响

摘　　要：本文研究了半夏、甘草与痢特灵合用对大鼠胃溃疡的影响,实验采用幽门结扎法造成大鼠溃疡模型,术后12小时处死大鼠,收集胃液并测定胃酸,查找溃疡点数,结果表明半质,甘草与痢特灵合用组抗溃疡效果明显优于甲氰咪胍及痢特灵单用组。说明半夏、甘草与痢特灵合用具有较强的抗溃疡作用。Effects of the combination of Glycyrrhiza,pinellia and Furazolidone on rat gasyric ulcer were studied.The experimental gastric ulcer model was made(using)pyloric ligation to induce ulcer.12 hours after operation rats were killed.The Volume of gastric juice collected and the number of erosions recorder and gastric acid measured.The result showed that anti—ulcer effect in combina- tion group of glycyrrhiza,pinellia and Furazolidone was significantly obvious than of cimetidine or and Furazolidone group.Thus the combination of Glycyrrhiza and pinellia Furazolidone is effc- tive in ante—ulcer action.
