摘 要:通过微波高压密封法对受Cr6+污染的土壤样品的消解,研究了微波消解中如试剂种类、压力控制、消解程序等因素的影响,确定了最佳消解条件。并对样品进行微波消解法与常规消解法进行比较。实验结果表明,两者处理结果无系统误差,相对标准偏差小于0.43%,加标回收率为97.5%~99.0%。因此,与常规消解法相比,微波消解法加热快、升温高、消解能力强,大大缩短了溶样时间;提高了分析的准确度和精密度,回收率实验获得令人满意的结果;降低了劳动强度,改善了工作环境;节省电的消耗,降低分析成本。The solid samples were digested by using high pressure of microwave which are polluted by Cr^6+ and the digestive reagents, control of pressure and digestion process which affect microwave digestion were researched systematically, finally, the optimum digestion conditions were confirmed. Then compared the method of microwave digestion with the method of convention digestion. The results showed no system errors between the two experiment results. The opposite standard deviation of microwave digestion was 0.43% and was in the range of 97.5 % to 99.0 % So, compared with the method of convention digestion, the method of microwave digestion has many excellences which are heating up quickly, elevating temperature high, the ability of digestion being strong, dissolving samples fast, Consuming the acid solvent few, the blank value being low, avoiding the volatility loss and sample polluting, improving the accuracy and accuracy of the analysis, the recovery result of experiment being satisfied, reducing the labor intensity, improving the working conditions, saving electricity energy, and reducing the analysis cost.
