摘　　要：机车质量控制及检修管理信息系统由数据采集子系统、日常信息管理子系统、检修过程管理子系统和综合分析处理子系统4部分组成。数据采集子系统采集车载、整车、部件检测数据,并对采集到的数据进行整理、过滤,按照统一的数据规范传送到指定数据库。日常信息管理子系统包括职工指纹信息、数据字典、机统—6、机统—28、机车走行公里、机车检修计划等功能模块。检修过程管理子系统包括用户管理、机车检修作业过程控制、大部件管理等功能模块。综合分析子系统包括机车电子档案、机车台帐信息、机车及部件质量管理分析、机车动态信息查询等功能模块。运用机车检测、检修、日常基础信息对机车及部件寿命、质量进行综合分析。利用检修作业过程中材料消耗信息,统计分析机车检修成本。系统经机务段实际使用,效果良好。Management information system of quality control and maintenance for locomotive consists of four subsystems： data collection, daily management, maintenance process management and comprehensive analysis. The subsystem of data collection acquires test data from locomotive system, and then analyzes, filters them so as to store those data into database with regular criterion. The subsystem of daily management consists of worker＇s fingerprint information, data dictionary, locomotive statistics-6, statistics-28, locomotive running kilometer, locomotive maintenance plan, etc. The subsystem of locomotive maintenance management includes user management, quality control for locomotive maintenance and main components management for locomotive. The subsystem of comprehensive analysis for locomotive covers locomotive electronic record, locomotive machine account information, quality analysis, locomotive components and their dynamic quality information etc. According to the system architecture, locomotive life-span and maintenance quality information can be comprehensively analyzed based on locomotive maintenance and daily information. The actual cost for locomotive maintenance also can be obtained by statistic and analysis for raw material used in the maintenance process. It is demonstrated that the system runs well by practical application in locomotive depot.
