贞芪扶正胶囊配合抗组胺药治疗慢性荨麻疹双盲对照试验

摘　　要：目的:观察贞芪扶正胶囊结合抗组胺药治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:采用随机双盲对照试验,70例患者分别给予贞芪扶正胶囊结合H_1、H_2受体拮抗药或H_1、H_2受体拮抗药,疗程4周。结果:第二、四疗程结束后,治疗组和对照组的总有效率,经统计学处理差异显著,无严重不良反应发生。结论:贞芪扶正胶囊合并使用H_1、H_2受体拮抗剂治疗慢性荨麻疹值得推广应用。Objective： To study clinical effects of chronic urticaria by antihistamines combined with zhenqifuzheng capsules, Method： 70 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, The observational group was treated with antihistamines combined with zhenqifuzheng capsules 4 caps, bid, for 4 weeks. The controlled group was treated with antihistamines only. Result： The curative rate of the observational group was higher than that of the controlled group. There was significant difference. No serious side effects occurred. Conclusion： Zhenqifuzheng capsules combined with antihistamines is safe and effective in treating patients with chronic urticaria.
