摘  要:为解决辽河油田杜-84块超稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐开采过程中井间汽窜和调整吸汽剖面,提高蒸汽吞吐效果,研制了热固性封窜调剖剂,该封窜调剖剂热固性树脂(质量分数为5%~20%)+橡胶胶粉+交联剂(质量分数为2%~12%)构成。该封窜调剖剂粘度较低(100-200mPa·S),便于注入施工,具有很好的分选性,容易进入高渗层或大孔道,可有效地减少对低渗透层的伤害,60℃成胶时间在8~59h可调,在原始水测渗透率为5.800,10.153,15,181μm^2的岩心中,热固性封窜调剖剂的封堵强度分别为0.71,0.75,0.77MPa/cm,封窜调剖剂固化后在330℃高温老化60d,成胶骨架不破坏,封堵率达到98%以上。目前,该封窜调剖剂已在辽河油田得到应用,取得很好效果。A kind of thermosetting channel blocking agent was developed and used to solve such problems as steam channeling and bad steam absorbing profile between wells in the course of steam huff & puff production in IM - 84 block super heavy oil researvior. The agent was composed of thermosetting resin(mass fraction is 15 % -20% ), rubber gelling powder and cross linking agent( mass fraction is 2% -12 % ). The agent has such advantages as low porosity (100-200 mPa·s), easy injection operation, good sorting, easily getting into high permeability formation and large pores, decreasing the contamination on low permeability formation, adjustable gelling time at 60℃ (8 - 59 h), its blocking strength in cores being 0.71,0.75 and 0.77 MPa/cm respectively corresponding to water measuring permeabilities of 5. 800,10. 153 and 15. 181μm^2 respectively, gelling skeleton remaining good after the agent being aged under 330℃ for 60 d and blocking ratio being over 98 %. At present, this kind of channel blocking agent finds application in Liao he oil field and effective result is obtained.
