摘　　要：在利用ANSYS分析软件对重整反应器扇形管进行结构力学分析时,用正交各向异性板理论简化扇形管模型非常必要。对这一简化模型进行了探讨,通过试验方法,分别建立小段扇形管有限元实体模型和正交各向异性板简化模型并进行分析,再利用实验加以验证,最后证明正交各向异性板简化模型可以很好的替代有限元实际模型。It is very necessary to simplify the platforming reactor scallop model using the orthogonal - stiffened plate theory when analyzing the mechanics performance of scallop by utilizing ANSYS analysis software. This simplified model was discussed. An ANSYS model and an orthogonal - stiffened plate model of a small scallop section were respectively established to analyze and its results were verified by tests. According to experimental results, the orthogonal stiffened plate model is a good substitute for the finite element actual model.
