摘 要:目的观察血府逐瘀汤对大鼠心肌缺血模型的血清一氧化氮(NO)含量、血浆内皮素(ET-1)含量的影响,探讨其保护心肌的作用机制。方法将Wister大鼠80只随机分成4组,每组20只。血府逐瘀汤组、消心痛组、模型对照组同时皮下注射异丙肾上腺素(ISO)3日造模,空白对照组不做任何处理。造模后分别给予:血府逐瘀汤组继续皮下注射ISO 7日,同时中药血府逐瘀汤灌胃14日;消心痛组继续皮下注射ISO 7日,同时硝酸异山梨酯灌胃14日;模型对照组和空白对照组灌服同体积0.9%氯化钠注射液14日。分别于实验第10日、17日各处死一半动物取血,检测各组大鼠血清NO、ET-1的含量。结果血府逐瘀汤组和消心痛组NO含量明显高于模型对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),血府逐瘀汤组NO含量高于消心痛组(P<0.05);血府逐瘀汤组和消心痛组ET-1含量明显低于模型对照组(P<0.01),血府逐瘀汤组ET-1含量低于消心痛组(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤可以提高血清NO的含量,而降低血浆ET-1的含量,且优于消心痛,具有明显抗心肌缺血损伤的作用。Objective To study the effect of Xuefuzhuyu decoction on the contents of NO, ET-1 of rats model with myocardial ischemia. Methods Rats model were induced by intraperitoneal injection of isoprenaline. Then the rats model were divided into treatment group, which receive Xuefuzhuyu decoction, control group which receive isosorbide dinitrate and model control group which receive physiologic saline, The contents of NO, ET-1 of rats model were measured for evaluation of the effect of Xuefuzhuyu decoction. Results Xuefuzhuyu decoction obviously raise the level of NO, and decrease the content of ET-1. The effect of Xuefuzhuyu decoction on content of NO, ET-1 of rats model with myocardial ischemia were superior to those in control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu decoction can raise the level of NO, and decrease the content of ET-1. Xuefuzhuyu decoction has a good effect on prevention of myocardial ischemia injury.
