摘 要:为了准确地分析计算高压闸阀的开关扭矩,笔者以暗杆式闸阀为例对其进行了结构原理分析、受力分析,找出开关扭矩出现最大值的状态,并运用新的计算公式进行了计算检验。计算结果表明:开关扭矩与螺纹摩擦力矩、填料与阀杆摩擦力矩、轴承摩擦力矩有关,螺纹摩擦力矩是影响开关扭矩的主要因素,其他结构形式的闸阀也存在相似关系。计算得出的开关扭矩与实际情况基本接近,同时说明其计算方法的正确性,并具有广泛的可参考性。For the purpose of analyzing and calculating the switching torque of the high-pressure gate valve accurately,the structure principle analysis and force analysis are carried out by taking non-rising stem gate valve as an example to find out the condition under which the switching torque reaches the maximum.New calculation formula is used to examine the condition.The calculation results show that the switching torque is relative to the friction moment of the threads,the friction moments of the stuffing and valve stem as well as the friction moment of the bearing.Among them,the friction moment of the threads is the main factor of affecting the switching torque.Other gate valves have the similar condition as this gate valve.The calculated switching torque is almost the same as the actual condition,showing the correctness and good reference of the calculating method.
