摘　　要：鉴于我国生产的各类套管动力钳已不能适应现在越来越多的大井眼和超深井作业需求的情况,研制开发出适用管径244.5～508mm、最大扭矩70kN.m的TQ508—70Y液压套管钳。该套管钳主要部件包括钳头、传动齿轮壳体、变速机构、液压系统、液压测矩装置等。试验与应用表明,该液压套管钳性能可靠,作业效率高,能满足下套管作业的要求;产品的各项性能指标均达到设计要求,并符合SY/T5074—2004行业标准。The current kinds of casing power tongs made in our country can not meet the requirement of increasing operation in big borehole and ultra-deep wells through they can meet the demand of ordinary drilling operation.In this regard,TQ508-70Y hydraulic casing tongs with caliber of 244.5-508 mm and maximum torque of 70 kN·m are developed.The main parts of the tongs include tong head,drive gear shell,variable speed mechanism,hydraulic system and hydraulic range measurement equipment.The test and application results show that the tongs are characterized by reliable performance and high operating efficiency and can meet the demand of casing-pump operation.Every parameter of the tongs meets the design demand and is in accordance with SY/T 5074-2004 industry standard.
