摘 要:以烃类为原料,在γ-Al_2O_3上裂解覆炭,研制了一种覆炭载体。采用动态热重装置对γ-Al_2O_3及覆炭载体进行了抗结焦性能的研究,并以正己烷为原料,在不同裂解温度下测定了未覆炭γ-Al_2O_3与覆炭载体的结焦量,得到两者结焦活化能分别为21.27 kJ/mol和24.93 kJ/mol。结果表明,在γ-Al_2O_3上测得的结焦活化能较低,说明γ-Al_2O_3容易结焦,而覆炭载体的结焦活化能相对较高,说明具有一定的抗结焦能力。Carbon-Covered Alumina (CCA) support has been prepared by pyrolyzing a kind of hydrocarbon on the γ- alumina support .The capacity of anti-coking on the γ- alumina and CCA has been measured by using a thermogravimetric analyzer. The coking activate energy has been obtained through pyrolysis of hexane on the alumina and CCA at different temperatures. The coking activate energy of γ-alumina and CCA is 21.27 kJ/mol and 24.93 k J/mol respectively, which indicates that the capacity of anti-coking of CCA has been improved compared with the alumina support.
