摘 要:扫描型288×4焦平面探测器已成为二代热成像系统的主要探测器类型,由于采用了特殊的图像处理技术,其系统成像质量与技术指标参数明显优于基于传统技术的热成像系统。通过对垂直方向具有光学微扫描的288×4焦平面热成像过程中最基本的探测器采样进行了分析研究,得出了探测器阵列输出信号的基本波形和重要特征,为热成像系统中后续的电子处理提供了相关的理论基础;并分析了成像系统中预处理电路中电平调理以及ADC对探测器输出信号的处理,以及与ADC相关的抗混叠技术,最后得出了抗混叠滤波器在此预处理电路中是毫无意义的结论。288×4 Scanned focal plane array detector is one of main detectors in the second-generation thermal imaging system, through special image processing technology, the imaging quality and technical specifications are evidently better than ones of the thermal imaging system based on traditional technology. By analyzing the sampling processing of detector based on 288×4 pixel focal plane array with optical micro-scan in vertical direction, the waveform of detector output signals and theirs critical characteristics are given, this will be the related theoretical foundation as the later electronic processing in thermal imaging system; then the level arranging, detector output signal processing with ADC and anti-aliasing related to ADC in pretreatment block of thermal imaging system will also be analyzed, finally the results show that the anti-aliasing filter in pretreatment block is not sense.
