摘　　要：摊铺机履带跑合加载检测系统采用液压加载测功方式,有两组相同的检测单元,可单独加载,分别实现两侧履带的测试,实现了摊铺机的出厂跑合以及履带行驶恒速性和直线性的台架试验,介绍该系统的基本结构和工作原理。Hydraulically loading and power measuring approaches are employed in a load-up test system for running-in of paver crawlers. There are two sets of identical test units to apply load independently and realize respectively testing for two of tracks on both sides. With this, the running-in and bench-test for speed-constancy and straightness in crawler traveling before delivery of pavers are conducted. Basic design and work principle of the system are presented.
