摘 要:采用气相色谱方法分析了聚合物锂离子蓄电池各个化成阶段的气体组成;考察了不同阶段的气体消失情况;对不同化成阶段的负极进行了X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)分析;对比了在不同化成阶段对电池进行排气处理对电池容量以及循环性能的影响。聚合物锂离子蓄电池在各个化成阶段的化成气体成分基本一致,主要成分为烯烃类。在化成深度较深电池中会发生气体消失的现象,气体消失的原因为化成气体与负极发生了反应。得到了最佳的排气处理工艺,可以将电池容量提高约3%,并可以使循环性能得到提高。Gas compositions of polymer lithium ion battery (PLIB) were analyzed at different forming stages. Disappearance of gas was studied at different forming stages. The negative electrodes of PLIB at different states were analyzed by x-ray diffraction (XRD), and the influence of gas on the capacity and cycle performance of PLIB was compared. The gas generating in PLIB, mainly composed of alkenes, had the same composition at different forming stages. The gas was absorbed inside battery obviously in the deep formed PLIBs, because the deep formed negative electrode can react with gas. The PLIB had about 3% higher capacity and longer cycle life when gas inside was removed at the best technology.
