中药益发制剂治疗斑秃319例临床观察

摘　　要：作者采用中药益发制剂随机单盲对照治疗斑秃３１９例，结果痊愈２０５例（６４．３％）．显效６３例（１９．７％），有效３７例（１１．６％），总有效率（９５．６％），疗效高于西医对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。检测结果显示：益发制剂尚能调节患者体内Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群及其分布，提高患者血清白细胞介素２（ＩＬ－２）水平（Ｐ＜０．０１），增强机体免疫功能。作者并对益发的治疗机制作了初步探讨。Three hundred and nineteen patients with alopecia were treated in a randomized,singleblinded,controlled trial with Yifa Oral Liquid The results showed that Yifa had a total effectiverate of 95.6%,significantly higher than that of the western medicine control group(P <0.01).Experiments revealed that Yifa could regulate T lymphocyte subsets and its distribution,increasethe level of serum interleukin-2(P<0.01)and strengthen immunological function in patients.The mechanism of Yifa for treatment of alopecia was analyzed.
