摘  要:目的:对卷柏属7种药用植物的28种提取物在体外对脂氧化酶的抑制活性进行了研究和比较。方法:用带有酶动力学分析软件的紫外分光光度计,测定28种提取物对脂氧化酶的抑制活性,波长为234nm、脂氧化酶浓度为1.08mg.L-1,反应时间为2min。结果:卷柏属7种药用植物的醋酸乙酯提取物部位显示较强的活性,95%乙醇提取物部位显示出一定的抑制活性。结论:醋酸乙酯提取物是卷柏属药用植物抑制脂氧化酶的主要活性部位,可进一步分离纯化得到活性化合物。OBJECTIVE Lipoxygenase(LOX) inhibitory activities in vitro of 28 extracts from 7 medicinal plants of Selaginella genus have been investigated and compared. METHODS A ultraviolet spectrophotometer with kinetics analysis software was used to determine inhibitory activities of 28 extracts on LOX. h is shown that the optimum determination condition may be obtained when wavelength was 234 nm, the concentration of enzyme is 1. 08 mg·L^-1 , the reaction time was 2min, RESULTS Ethyl acetate extracts showed strong inhibitory activities on lipoxygenase and 95% alcohol extracts from these materials showed activities to a certain extent. CONCLUSION Ethyl acetate extracts are the main effective fractions inhibiting lipoxygenase of the medicinal plants of Selaginella. The availability compounds will been gained by further isolating and purifying process.
