广东溪黄草类生药的叶表皮显微鉴别和扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：配合使用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对溪黄草类生药的４种基源植物成熟叶片表皮结构进行观察。结果表明该４种植物叶表皮结构有明显差别，可以作为这类生药的鉴定指标及该属分类的新形态学依据。The micromorphological identification of the leaves of Isodon lophanthoides(Buch.-Hamex D.Don)H. Hara,I.lophanthoides var.graciliflorus(Bentham)H. Hara,I.lophanthoidesvar,graciliflorus(Bentham). Hara and I.serra(Maxim.) Kudo were studied underlight microscope and scanning electron microscope.The result showed significant differences among thefour species,which are considered as the criteria of pharmacognostic identification and the basisfor morphological classification of the genus.
