灯盏细辛注射液治疗2型糖尿病下肢血管病变

摘　　要：目的观察灯盏细辛注射液治疗2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床变化。方法将60例2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的病人随机分为治疗组、对照组,治疗组给予常规治疗并且以灯盏细辛注射液20 ml加液静滴,每d 1次;对照组给予常规治疗。4周后观察两组病人下肢血管病变的恢复情况。结果治疗组病变恢复情况总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论灯盏细辛注射液对2型糖尿病下肢血管病变有明显的治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effect in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients with lower limb vasculopathy afer treatment of Dengzhanxixinzhusheye, Methods 60 Type Ⅱ Diabetes Mellitus patients with lower limb vasculopathy were randomly divided into two groups： the control group （conventional therapy） and the Dengzhanxixinzhusheye therapy group （Dengzhanxixinzhusheye 40ml add in N. S. 250ml. qd）, After 4 weeks, the recovery of lower limb vasculopathy was observed in the two groups. Results There were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05） in the two groups. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Dengzhanxixinzhusheye in Type Ⅱ Diabetes Mellitus patients with lower limb vasculopathy is obvious.
