摘　　要：目的探讨DHS内固定治疗骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法对我科在1999年1月～2004年12月以DHS治疗骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折51例进行回顾性分析。结果随访42例,随访时间15～75个月,平均37个月。按Kuderna改良Merled’Aubigne与Postel评分法评价疗效,优20例(47.6%),良17例(40.5%),可2例(4.8%),差3例(7.1%)。优良率为88.1%。结论DHS内固定治疗骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折的疗效好、并发症少,可提高患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects on the osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture with DHS. Methods From January 1999 to December 2004, 51 cases with osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture received internal fixation of DHS were analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 42 patients were followed. The time of followed up was from 15 to 75 months, and the average was 37 months. These patients were assessed to hip function according to Kuderna modified Merle d＇Aubigne and Postel score. There were excellent 20 cases （47.6%） good 17 （40.5%） fair 2 （4.8%） poor 3 （7.1%） in this group. The rates of excellent and good was 88.1%. Conclusion Internal fixation of DHS possesses good therapeutic effect and less complication for treating osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture. And it can improve patient＇s quality of life.
