摘 要:钢吊箱围堰施工方法是深水承台施工中的一种主要施工方法。钢吊箱作为深水承台施工的主要构件,其设计的合理与否关系到整个桥梁的施工质量。以柳州市三门江大桥高桩承台施工为例,介绍拉压柱式钢吊箱围堰的设计与施工,重点介绍钢吊箱围堰的设计方案、工作原理、施工工艺及施工要点等技术细节,同时对钢吊箱围堰施工中的注意事项进行了阐述。工程实践表明,该钢吊箱设计合理,能满足工程的需要,对同类承台施工有一定的借鉴意义。The construction method using steel boxed cofferdam is a chief method for construction of pile caps in deep water. Acting as the major component for construction of pile caps in deep water, the rational design of the cofferdam has a direct bearing to the construction quality of whole bridge. In this paper, by way of example of the elevated pile cap construction of Sanmenjiang Bridge in Liuzhou City, the design and construction of the column steel boxed cofferdam of tensile and compressive type are introduced with particular details given to its design scheme, working principles, construction technology and construction key points, and the matters of attention in the construction with the cofferdam are expatiated as well. The construction practice indicates that the design of the cofferdam for the Bridge is rational, can meet the construction requirements and is of certain reference to the construction of similar elevated pile caps.
