摘　　要：美国对中国的发展和国际影响力的提升持矛盾心态，是其对华战略定位犹豫徘徊的直接原因，并将继续影响中美关系的稳定和发展。由于中国的和平发展不可遏阻，美国对中国的防范戒备将有增无减，同时也会更加重视加强对华合作。The US entertains a mixed feeling about China's development and the elevation of its international influences. That is the direct cause of US hesitation and waverer in the formation of its strategy toward China and that ambivalence will continue to influence stability and development of China-US relationship. As China's peaceful development has become irresistible, the US precautions against China are getting increasingly stronger. At the same time, the US will attach more importance to strengthening cooperation with China.
