摘　　要：近两年，随着印美领导人的互访，印美战略伙伴关系达到了新的高点，其原因是双方各有政治、经济、科技和地缘战略利益的需求考虑。印美关系快速发展，将会对南亚地区、亚洲地区的力量平衡乃至全球战略态势产生影响。由于双方在全球战略格局、地区安全形势、国家安全战略以及与其他大国关系上存在分歧，两国关系的发展也存在一定限度。In recent two years, strategic partnership between India and the US has reached a new height owing to mutual visits by the leaders of the two countries. The main cause lies in mutual consideration for the need to protect political, economic, and technological as well as geopolitical strategic interests of the two sides. Rapid development of India-US relations will have an effect on the balance of power in South Asia, the whole of Asia and even on the global strategic posture. Since the two sides differ on such issues as regard to the global strategic setup, regional security situation, national security strategy and relations with other countries, development of their bilateral ties will still have limitations.
