摘　　要：目的研究不同添加剂对双氯芬酸钾凝胶剂稳定性的影响。方法制备凝胶剂过程中加入不同添加剂,考察制剂稳定性。结果丙二醇、0.5%吐温-80有利于凝胶剂的稳定性,甘油、异丙醇、1.0%吐温-80容易使双氯芬酸钾从凝胶剂中析出。结论不同添加剂对双氯芬酸钾凝胶剂稳定性有不同的影响,合适的添加剂有利于凝胶剂的稳定。Objective To study the effects of different additives on the stability of diclofenac putassiumgel, Methods Diftrent additives were put into the dicl.fenac potassium gel during preparatinu, and the stability was studied, Results l, 2-propanediol and 0. 5% polysorbate- 80 were good for the stability of the gel,while glyeerul,2- propanol and 1. 0% polysurbate- 80 could induce the separation of drug from the gel. Conclusion Different additives have differem effects on the stability of diclofenac potassium gel,and suitable additives are good tor the stability of diclofenae potassium gel.
