200例肾科住院患者用药分析

摘　　要：目的了解肾科住院患者的用药情况,评估执行医嘱的合理用药水平,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用前瞻性调查方法,药师参与病房交班,详细记录2004年9～12月肾科200例住院患者情况,局域网提取补充数据;采用美康公司合理用药软件系统(PASS)网上监测相关用药医嘱。结果药师协助临床解决问题43次;监测医嘱数14538条,发现问题医嘱5970条(41.06%),包括绝对禁止医嘱54条(0.37%),其中出现频次最多、占用经费最高的为治疗贫血药。结论肾科住院患者用药基本合理,未见明显药品不良反应;药师通过深入临床、开展PASS网上监测有助于提高合理用药水平,但相关信息需要及时维护、更新。Objective To ttnderstand the utilization of drugs for the inpalients of renal diseases. To evaluate the rational use of drugs in prescription, Methods Using prospective analysis,the relative medical records in 200 inpatients of renal diseases were enregistered from Sept. 2004 to Dec. 2004,and using hospital local area network to supply the data. Meantime prescription automatic screening system （PASS） was used for monitor relative prescriptions of drugs. Results 14 538 prescriptions were monitored; 5 970（41.06% ） had possible drug interactions; absolute prohibitive informations existed in 54（0.37% ） cases; the drugs tot anaemic treatment held highest cost and most use. Conclusion No ADR appeared. PASS and comn,unication with clinic are beneficial to use drugs reasonably, it is necessary to maintain and renew imformations in time.
