涤纶用封端型水系聚氨酯抗静电剂的研制及抗静电整理

摘　　要：以聚乙二醇(PEG40O)和乙二酸,2,4一甲苯二异氰酸酯(TD I)为主要原料,先由聚乙二醇与乙二酸预缩聚得到聚乙二醇的衍生物,再与TD I反应,然后以NaHSO3为封闭剂,合成得到了封端型水系聚氨酯,再与相关助剂复配成一种耐久型的抗静电整理液.初步探讨了影响合成及整理效果的主要因素及其抗静电机理.The blocked and waterborne polyurethane is synthesized by Tolylene diisecyanate（TDI） with polyglycol （PEG400） and diaceti acid as main materials and NaHSO3 as blocking agent. First PEG400 and diaceti acid are used to synthesize into polyglyool derivative and then, copolyme with TDI and NaHSO3 as blocking agent. After that, it is compounded with interfix auxiliaries. A durable antistatic composition is obtained. The chief factors affecting synthesis and the finishing are discussed.
