摘　　要：本文分析了７例糖尿病性心肌病的临床表现。结果５例病人有１～２种心律失常，其中以传导系统障碍和心房纤颤为主。超声心动图可见房室增大，室壁增厚及运动减弱。心肌显像示放射性分布不均匀，稀疏或缺失。冠状动脉造影示三大支冠脉均无明显狭窄。Clinical manifestations of 7 patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy were studied.It has been found that arrhythmias presented in five of the seven patients,of which conduction block and atrial fibrillation were the predominant abnormalities.Enlargement of left atrium and thickening of interventricular septum,and decreases in ventricular wall motion were seen in echocardiography.Deficiency in myocardial radioactivity on radionuclide imaging were also found.Coronary angiograms demonstrated that there was no significant stenosis of the major coronary branches.
