国产抑肽酶的临床应用  

Experiences of Using Domestic Aprotinin during Open Heart Surgery

摘　　要：心脏外科手术中，体外循环转流能破坏血小板及凝血系统的功能。近年来有研究表明，抑肽酶作为一种蛋白酶抑制剂，有良好的抑制纤溶系统及保护血小板的功能，我们将５８例患者随机分成两组，观察术中和术后血小板功能、输血量和胸腔引流量、ＡＣＴ及尿量。研究表明，抑肽酶对血小板功能具有保护作用，可减少术后出血及库血用量，减少因出血和输血所引发的一系列并发症。本研究未发现应用国产抑肽酶所造成的副作用。During open heart operation, the function of blood platelet and coagulative system are partially damaged.Recently it has been reported that aprotinin.as a kind of proteolytic enzymatic inibitor,can protect the function of platelet and prevent the process of fibrinolysis.Fifty eight patients underwent cardiopulmonary bypass were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group.The function of blood platelet,the volume of blood transfusion and pleural drainage,the value of ACT and the volume of urine were measured intraoperatively and postoperatively.The results showed that in the experimental group the function of platelet were well protected,the volume of blood transfusion and postoperative bleeding and other complications were significantly reduced. No side effects indueced by the use of domestic aprotinin were found.
