摘  要:以含盐量为60000mg/L(以NaCl计)的模拟工业废水为研究对象,利用A/DAT-IAT生物膜反应器,研究A/DAT-IAT工艺对投加悬浮填料后高含盐废水的处理,并以CODCR/NH4^+-N、PO4^3-P等作为指标评价处理效果。试验结果表明,在总水力停留时间(HRT)为13h、pH=7.5、25℃条件下,进水P(CODCr),P(NH4^+-N)和P(P4^3-P)分别为907.4-1210.0mg/L,86.2-99.7mg/L和3.6—51mg/L。CODCr,NH4-N和PO4^3--P的平均去除率分别为73.9%、38.6%和93、5%,平均出水ss为198mg/L,其中CODn和PO4^3-P的去除效果较好。研究表明,A/DAT-IAT生物膜法较其他活性污泥法有了较大的提高。The present paper aims at introducing the authors' simulation study of the industrial wastewater purification process with the salinity 60 000 mg/L (mark using NaCI), so as to heighten the removing efficiency of the wastewater in an A/DAT-IAT reactor with suspended filler put into the reactor. As is known, with the industrial development, the quantity of high salinity wastewater has been increasing from year to year, but there are still no satisfactory treating methods available in this way. Therefore, it is of great urgency to explore and enhance the corresponding research so as to work out more efficient treating processes. Our simulation results indicate that under the condition of hydraulic retention time (HRT) 13 h, pH 7,5 and temperature 25 ℃, the desirable influent CODCr, NH4^+ - N, PO4^3- - P silould be 907.4- 1 210.0 mg/L, 86.2-99.7 mg/L, 3.6- 5.1 mg/L respectively. While the average removing efficiency of CODe,, NH4+^ - N, PO4^3- - P should be 70.6%, 38.6%, 93.5% respectively with the average effluent SS being 198 mg/L. In so doing, the removing efficiency of CODCr, PO4^3- - P can be much better than the traditional used sludge-processing method.
